Corfu is the foundation of everything NOMAS does. We have operated here since 2021 — managing properties across Corfu Old Town, the hillside villages, the beach resorts of the north and west coasts, and the quieter coves of the south. In five years we have built what cannot be built quickly: a deep operational understanding of this specific market, a trusted network of local contractors and service providers, and a track record measured in thousands of guest arrivals and hundreds of five-star reviews.

The Corfu short-term rental market is one of the most dynamic in Greece. Over three million visitors arrive each year from across Europe — primarily from the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and the Benelux countries — drawn by the island’s extraordinary combination of Venetian architecture, lush landscape, and a coastline that offers everything from sheltered family beaches to dramatic clifftops overlooking the Ionian Sea.

The property mix is equally varied. Corfu Old Town — a UNESCO World Heritage site — draws owners with historic apartments and boutique properties. The hillside villages above Paleokastritsa and Glyfada attract villa owners seeking the premium segment. The north and east coasts offer a mix of family villas with pools and smaller properties positioned for the volume market.

NOMAS operates its own cleaning team and laundry facility on the island. We do not subcontract the operational core of what we do. That infrastructure — built over five years — is what allows us to guarantee the standard across every property in our portfolio.

Every new island NOMAS enters will be approached the way we approached Corfu — with time, with humility, and with the understanding that a place has to be known before it can be properly managed. The short-term rental market on each Greek island has its own seasonal rhythms, its own guest profile, and its own competitive landscape. Generic management does not work here. Island-specific understanding does.
