NOMAS was not built from a business plan. It was built from a personal experience of what happens when a property is managed badly — and a promise that it would never happen to anyone we worked with.

In 2021, Vassilis, Nikos, and Spiros founded NOMAS in Corfu with a simple conviction: that short-term rental management in Greece was being done poorly, and that property owners deserved something genuinely different. Not a company that maximised its own margin at the expense of the owner. Not a company that over-promised and under-delivered. A company that managed every property as if it were its own — with the same care, the same attention, and the same urgency it would apply if the guest arriving were a personal guest.

Five years later, NOMAS manages over a hundred properties across the Greek islands. The team has grown. The infrastructure — our own cleaning operation, our own laundry facility, our Power BI owner portal — has been built and refined. The islands we operate in are expanding.

The promise has not changed.

NOMAS is that promise, kept every day — in every property we manage, every guest we welcome, and every owner we work with.

The philosophy does not.

Every new island NOMAS enters will be approached the way we approached Corfu — with time, with humility, and with the understanding that a place has to be known before it can be properly managed. We will not expand faster than we can care properly.

When an owner partners with NOMAS — whether their property is in Corfu today or in Mykonos or Heraklion tomorrow — the experience will be the same. A property managed with genuine care. A team of people who put the owner and the guest first. A standard that does not bend to the pressure of scale.

We choose our partners carefully — owners as well as islands — because the quality of what we build depends on the quality of every relationship within it. Growth, for NOMAS, is not a number. It is an extension of a philosophy.
