The arrival moment is the most important moment.

Every guest arrives with a level of expectation shaped by your photos, your listing description, and whatever communication they received before they came. What happens in the first ten minutes either meets that expectation or falls below it.

In the short-term rental industry, the key box has become the default. It is convenient for the host. It is impersonal for the guest. A guest who collects a key from a lockbox, lets themselves into an empty property, and figures out where everything is by themselves has already had a meaningfully different experience from a guest who was met at the door, shown around, had their questions answered, and was sent off to their first evening with a local recommendation.

Both guests may leave a five-star review. But the second guest is far more likely to — and far more likely to come back.

Check-out is the moment that ends the experience. NOMAS handles every guest arrival and departure in person — meeting each guest at the property, walking them through it, and closing every stay with a professional check-out. No lockboxes. No empty arrivals. Every guest welcomed by a person who knows the property and represents NOMAS.

Personal arrival welcome.

A NOMAS team member meets every guest at the property on arrival, regardless of the check-in time. We coordinate arrival logistics in advance, communicate clearly with the guest about timing, and ensure nobody is left waiting outside a property they cannot access.

Full property walk-through.

We show every guest the property on arrival — the layout, the appliances, the pool or outdoor areas, the WiFi, the house rules. Every question gets answered in person. The guest does not discover how the oven works by trial and error on their first evening.

Professional check-out procedure.

We attend every check-out, receive the keys, complete a brief property review, and give the guest a warm farewell. Any issues are identified immediately while the guest is still present — not discovered later when there is no-one to speak to.

Coordination with cleaning and operations.

Check-out triggers the cleaning and preparation cycle for the next arrival. Our physical presence at check-out ensures that the transition between guests is immediate, efficient, and leaves nothing to chance. The property is handed to the cleaning team in a documented state, ready for the next stay.
